I’m bringing you “Money Power: Save, Invest, Manage, and Succeed” workshops, podcasts, videos and newsletters. These will be simple steps for women to take control of their money. My name is Tracy Smith and I want to share with you everything I know about money that will make your life easier and your bank account richer! 

I’m starting this space dedicated to demystifying money for women like us. Because here’s the thing: for too long, they’ve made money feel like some secret club we weren’t invited to. Complicated. Risky. Scary. But that’s not the truth.

Money is for us. We make it, we spend it, and yes—we can build wealth with it.

Let me be your big sister in this money journey. Someone who’s been where you are, scared of banks, confused by investing, worried about taxes, and thinking maybe big money isn’t for me. Spoiler: it absolutely is.

I’m a high school teacher who climbed out of $41,000 of debt and, through learning everything I could about money—reading every book, listening to every podcast, and being dedicated like the steady tortoise or the careful gardener—I now have well over $100,000 saved in less than 10 years. No crazy risks, no secret tricks. Just simple, daily systems and consistency.

They try to scare us with jargon and myths. But this is OUR time. Our money, our rules. We belong here. Just like the revolution you see with young women owning the music scene—building industries, breaking old molds—we are building our financial futures. We are powerful, and we can do this.

Here, it’s about basics. Beginner stuff that’s enough. Because money doesn’t have to be complicated or risky. It’s like tending a garden: consistent care, the right tools, and a little patience help it grow. Organizing your money, managing it well, and showing up every day—that’s the winning formula.

I’m starting workshops just for us— women who want to figure out what to do with their money without the confusing bank talk or letting others manage it for them. We’ll cover the basics that actually work. No fluff. No pressure. Just real, practical, and empowering steps.

I’ll also be doing Q&As with friends, sharing videos and podcasts to answer your questions, and writing blogs and newsletters full of tips, tools, and truth bombs.
